STRATEGIC INTERVENTIONS

Welcome to my portfolio! I am Garima Bhardwaj, a creative individual with a passion for design. This is one of my featured projects, the Jail Project for Jaipur Rugs. The project helped the organisation enter space for themselves in a new niche market rewarding in profitable outcomes. The project also positively impacted the lives of the prison mates by upskilling them.

The strategic interventions were multi-layered, deeply researched and systematically crafted. I am proud of the end result and would love to work on similar projects in the future.

One of my other featured projects is the Organisational Change through Strategic Design in Indian Textile Sector. The project was focused on identifying the underlying problems in the organisation and how they can be addressed.

The macro-micro shift while conducting the design audit brought to attention three core concerns and helped the company achieve rectify it to achieve the envisioned turnover of 300 crores.

SYSTEMIC PERSPECTIVE

I am also proud of my work on the Indian Crafts & Indigenous People.

The ICIP was a fun project where I was able to incorporate 42 crafts of India and study them from a systemic lens.

Another project that I would like you to have a look at is 'The Take 10' project which was a service oriented one that allowed me to create a relaxing and peaceful environment for my clients to help achieve a better version of themselves. I am always striving to create unique and personalized designs that meet the needs and preferences of my clients.
